The child of the “Between the Lines” dress ( dress body) and the “Seeing Stars” dress (dress sleeves) is the In Full Bloom dress.
I have taken 2 fabulous dressing and melded them into a new style and I think it works!
In Full Bloom has a fixed waist and tiered skirt. The dress is button down from neck to knee with all functioning buttons. There are pockets in the skirt of the dress and it comes with a matching stiff fabric belt.
The print is a bright green with pink an yellow flowers. This one is a real stunner.

MEASUREMENTS:
These measurements are FRONT side only of garment. Almost double for circumference.
Bust: Small 47cm, Medium 49-50cm, Large 52cm, XL 55cm, XXL 57cm
Waist: Small 42cm, Medium 46cm, Large 48cm, XL 51cm, XXL 53cm
Hips: Small 64cm, Medium 65cm,
Large 67cm, XL 69cm, XXL 72cm
Length: Small 135cm, Medium 136cm, Large 139cm, XL 142cm, XXL 144cm.
FIT DETAILS:
This dress is the body of my ‘Between the lines’ dress but with the sleeves of ‘Seeing Stars’ dress.
The most important measurements are the waist and the bust. You can get a few extra CM at the bust if you wear it with a few buttons undone but the waist is a fixed band so you need to fit that measurement well.
In Full Bloom has a stiff belt and pockets on the skirt of the dress.
It has fully functional buttons.
Fabric is 100% polyester.
