We want you to love your new clothes. Sometimes things may not fit or look as you imagined. Should you have any issues upon receiving your FULL PRICE order please contact us at Kellie@ricracroad.com within 7 days of receipt, including the details of any product you wish to exchange for, if you would like a refund or wish to receive store credit. The product must then be returned and received by RicRac Road within 14 days. After 30 days of order dispatch, all sales are final. Returned items must not have been worn or altered in any way. All tags must be attached and the item returned in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs to RicRac Road. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Please note a flat rate shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from your return amount for any order with FREE SHIPPING. (Part of the cost to send your order originally).
