REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

ALL ITEMS REDUCED from full price OR on SALE ARE - FINAL SALE. No refunds or returns or exchanges or store credit are accepted on sale items.

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY WHEN BUYING A SALE ITEM.

Sale's include but are not limited to BLACK FRIDAY SALE, BIRTHDAY SALE, and ALL TWELVE DAYS OF RICRAC CHRISTMAS, AFTERPAY DAY SALE, EOFY SALE CYBER MONDAY SALE, WAREHOUSE OPEN DAY AND ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE items are FINAL SALE.

These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit. Please choose carefully and check the measurements to get the right fit - and if you need more help always contact me- I am happy to help.

Items sold as IMPERFECT or FAULTY are also FINAL SALE and sold with known faults at a reduced price. Full details are provided for these items and by purchasing, you agree to the listed faults.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS

We want you to love your purchase. If your full-priced item doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected, please contact us at kellie@ricracroad.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may request a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Returned items must be received by RicRac Road within 14 days.

After 30 days from dispatch, all sales are final.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and returned in original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS SENT IN ERROR

I do check each order but sometimes I can miss things. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at kellie@ricracroad.com.

We will assess the issue and provide one of the following at no cost to you:

• a replacement (if available)

• an exchange

• or a full refund

If a return is required, RicRac Road will cover all return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items sent in error.

(This does not apply to items sold as IMPERFECT or FAULTY at a reduced price, as these are final sale and sold with disclosed faults.)

ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING

For any order that originally qualified for free shipping, a flat $12 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you exchange an item and later return the exchanged item, a $12 fee will also be deducted to cover the exchange shipping cost.

REFUNDS

Refunds apply to full-priced items only.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
