Order Processing

  • Once you have placed your order it will be packed within 1-2 business days, then we will dispatch your order.

  • We will then fulfil your order and send you your tracking number via email.

  • Holidays, Sales & Busy Periods: During holidays and  peak periods, processing and shipping times may exceed our usual estimates. We will always strive to keep you informed of any delays via updates on our website

Shipping Options

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping (Domestic)

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout 

  2. Express Shipping (Domestic)

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 business days.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

  3. International Shipping

    • Estimated Delivery Time: Varies by destination (Typically 7-21 business days).
    • Cost: Charged at actual cost (any overcharges will be refunded to your payment method).

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $200. Free shipping over $200 does NOT occur during sale periods. 
    Sale Periods include -  RRR Birthday Sale, AfterpayDay Sale, EOFY Sale, My Birthday Sale, Boxing Day Sale, Black Friday-Cyber Monday Sale, Warehouse Sale and Twelve Days of RicRac Christmas Sale. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

International Shipping Details

  • International shipping rates are based on real-time courier calculations at checkout.
  • Refund for Overcharges: Any overcharged shipping fees will be refunded to your payment method.
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or customs duties required by their country.

Shipping Timeline Disclaimer

  • While we endeavor to ship orders promptly, delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.
  • During busy periods or public holidays, there may be additional delays. We will post updates on our website to keep you informed during such times.

Incorrect or Returned Shipments

  • If an item is returned to RicRac Road due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Returns & Shipping Adjustments

  • If a customer returns an item from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, and the return brings the order total below the $200 threshold, a domestic shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
